Privacy policy
This is a working draft. It will be finalized — including the legal entity name, registered address, and governing jurisdiction — once the company’s legal structure is confirmed. Until then, it honestly describes how this site actually handles your data today.
What we collect, and why
The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, budget range, and project description. We use it for exactly one purpose — responding to your enquiry and, if we work together, preparing a proposal.
Where form data goes
Form submissions are validated on our server and sent to the founders via Telegram. We may also forward enquiries to our internal automation for CRM tracking. Your data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing lists. If you want an enquiry deleted, email hello@tezbyte.com and we’ll remove it.
Analytics — no cookies, no banner
We use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible/Umami). These tools count page views without cookies, without persistent identifiers, and without tracking you across other websites. Because no cookies are set and no personal data is processed for analytics, no cookie-consent banner is required.
No third-party trackers
Beyond the analytics tool above, this site loads no third-party trackers, ad pixels, or social-media widgets. The booking calendar (Cal.com) loads only on pages where it appears and is governed by Cal.com’s own privacy policy when you use it.
