About
Two engineers. No layers. Everything on the record.
Tezbyte was founded by two senior engineers who got tired of watching agencies sell senior talent on the call and staff juniors on the code. So we built the opposite: a studio where the people you meet are the people who build — with our real names, GitHub profiles, and shipped products as the proof.
Before founding the company we taught thousands of developers through YouTube and Udemy and shipped multi-tenant SaaS products — restaurant management, school management, learning platforms — now running in production across three countries. Teaching in public means our expertise is verifiable, not claimed.
Founders
The people who will actually build your product
No account managers, no bait-and-switch. Check our public work before you ever book a call.

Abdulboriy Malikov
Co-founder · Senior Engineer
Full-stack engineer across TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, and Flutter. Architect of multi-tenant SaaS products in production, and an educator who has taught thousands of developers through YouTube and Udemy — including AI-assisted development with the tools we use on client work.

Isomiddin Abdunabiev
Co-founder · Senior Engineer
Senior engineer who co-builds every product we ship and is on every project call. Public profiles and a full bio are being added — we only publish what's real.
Values
What we optimize for
Three principles that decide every trade-off we make — in code, in pricing, and in what we tell you.
Craftsmanship
We write the code we'd want to inherit: strictly typed, reviewed, tested, and documented. Quality isn't a line item — it's the default, because our names are on every commit.
Honesty
Public prices, real timelines, and 'no' when a project isn't a fit. If AI tooling accelerates a task, you see it in the price — we don't bill machine speed at human rates.
Ownership
Your repo, your infrastructure, your IP — from the first commit. We act like owners while we build and hand over everything when we're done. No lock-in, ever.
Why Tashkent
Where we are is your advantage
We build from Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UTC+5) — and every part of that works in your favor.
Timezone that works for you
Tashkent is UTC+5: our workday overlaps EU mornings and US East Coast afternoons. You get same-day answers and live calls in your business hours — not a 12-hour message lag.
Senior work, sane rates
Senior-level engineering at roughly 40–60% of typical EU agency rates. Same stack, same standards, founders on every project — the arbitrage goes to your runway, not our margin.
A deep talent pool
Central Asia's engineering scene is growing fast, and we're part of building it — training the region's developers through our courses. When we scale a team, we pick from students we trained.
Day to day we work remote-first from Tashkent, on video with clients worldwide — and in person over tea for clients in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.
Talk to the founders, not a funnel
Tell us what you're building and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team for it. We respond within 4 business hours.
